Chop and Change - Even more chefs switch to Chroma
Chroma have been the knife of choice for several TV food shows, with Nigel Slater opting for Haiku Original in his new BBC1 prime time show “Simple Cooking”, and rising star Gizzi Erskine also using Haiku Original in her brand new daily show “Drop Down Menu” on Channel 4. Dean Edwards continues to use Type 301 on ITV1’s daytime smash “Lorraine Kelly”. Also in 2012, the stars of the “Great British Menu”, (Aiden Byrne, Johnny Mountain, Simon Rogan, Chris Bell and Simon Fearon) will all be using Chroma knives in the new series of the show which has an Olympic theme this year.
