Aiden Byrne and Rohan Nevins win Visionary chef of the year title
On the 20th of October 2011 10 chefs went head to head in a 7 hour gastronomical marathon that pushed some of the best chefs in the country to the limit. 10 top culinary stars mentored their heat winning candidates in an event that effectively redrew the line in professional national chef training.
